Tom Wells has always had a passion for integrating high quality construction practices with his concern for the environment. He has a long and distinguished career as a builder, contractor, remodeler and champion of green building. Thomas G Wells Construction LLC is an award-winning residential remodeler
and renovation company located in Yardley, PA. The company has been
in business since 1988 and specializes in:
Tom Wells has been a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) since 1992. He is a Certified Remodeler (CR) through NARI. He has won numerous local NARI Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards. This includes a Northeast regional CotY (Contractor of the Year Award) for Kitchens and the same for Bathrooms. Tom serves on the NARI Board of Directors as the Education Chair. Tom has completed many courses and certifications. Among them are:
Tom, as an Advisory Board Member, helped create the New Jersey Green Homes Remodeling Guidelines at the Rutgers Center for Green Building. He is a frequent public speaker on Sustainable Building and Green Remodeling, and contributes articles on related topics to Times Publishing, Inc.
Tom is a believer in community service. He recently donated his time and talent for 15 months of Saturdays to help design and construct the Yardley Pavilion in Buttonwood Park. He also serves on the NARI Education Committee. Fluent in Spanish, he was a Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica, introducing solar grain dryers. Cathy Pope, LEED AP, CSBA, CAPS

  Cathy Pope has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential construction including operations management, purchasing, estimating and architectural drafting. Cathy has completed many courses and earned several certifications.
She is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional
(LEED AP). She is also a Certified Age in Place Specialist (CAPS). Cathy
has also earned the following: She is a member of the US Green Building Council as well as the Delaware Valley Green Building Council with the Green Schools Work Group. Cathy is passionate about her commitment to sustainable building and universal design. Ron James
 Ron James –
Project Manager
Ron is a highly-skilled carpenter with over 20 years of experience in virtually every aspect of residential construction. He has a proven ability to interact effectively with clients, architects, building inspectors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve the client’s vision and expectations. Ron takes great pride in working on-time and within budget. Creative, flexible, and adaptable, Ron excels at solving unexpected challenges that arise during remodeling projects. Ron served in the United States Navy in the Construction Battalion, receiving technical training at Port Hueneme, CA. He is a Certified Home Inspector, and has completed certifications in concrete, block work, framing and light commercial projects. |
